Planning permission is required for external ATMs only. CashLinks can help arrange this.

Yes. All our ATMs are brand new when they are installed. They are supplied by NCR, who is a world leader in ATM technology.

Yes, some retailers like to recycle the cash from their store through the ATM. This can provide significant savings in both bank lodgement fees and the time needed to travel to the bank.

Yes, subject to a site survey, we can arrange a 'Cash in Transit' delivery service. Our preferred cash provider/partner is G4S.

90% of the most common faults that might occur with one of our ATMs can be fixed remotely by our helpdesk. If on the rare occasion an engineer is required to attend site, our helpdesk will co-ordinate this with NCR who provide our technical support and maintenance services.

Our service level agreement with NCR guarantees an engineer will be on site within 6 hours.
